Clear Days doesn't collect or share any of your information, and nothing is sent to us. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics, and no tracking.
The cards you make (what you quit, the date and time you started, your icon and color, and your longest run if you ever start a card over) and your appearance setting are saved on your device. If iCloud is turned on for your Apple Account, your cards are also stored in your own iCloud so they come back on a new phone. We never receive this information and can't see it.
If you allow notifications, your phone schedules milestone alerts itself. No server is involved, and you can turn alerts off per card in the app or for the whole app in your iPhone's Settings.
Now and then, Clear Days may show Apple's standard "rate this app" prompt. Apple handles it, and anything you choose to write goes to the App Store, not to us.
When you share a card, Clear Days makes the image on your phone and hands it to the iPhone share sheet. You choose where it goes. If you save it, Clear Days asks for permission to add it to your Photos. The app never uploads it anywhere.
Delete a card inside the app, or delete the app to remove everything.
Clear Days isn't directed at children and doesn't knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
If this policy ever changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.

Tap the + at the top, type what you quit (like "cigs"), pick the date and time you started, then choose an icon and a card color. The app adds "free" for you.
Tap the card to edit anything. To delete it, swipe the card to the left and tap Delete, or open the card, scroll down, and tap Delete card. Clear Days always asks before deleting.
Swipe a card to the left and tap Share, or open the card and tap the share icon at the top. Pick Story or Square, then tap Share to post it, send it, or save it to Photos. On a milestone day, you can also tap the little celebration note at the top.
Swipe the card to the left and tap Start over, or open the card and tap Start over at the bottom. Your count goes back to 0 days, and Clear Days remembers your longest run. It always asks first.
Swipe the card sheet down, tap Cancel, or tap outside it. If you changed anything, Clear Days asks before throwing your changes away.
Tap the half-circle button next to the +. It cycles through matching your phone, always light, and always dark.
Yes. Clear Days follows your iPhone's text size. Go to Settings, then Display & Brightness, then Text Size. Clear Days also works with VoiceOver.
Tap the i button at the top of the main screen. You'll find this page and SAMHSA's free, confidential helpline there.
Your cards come with you. They're saved to your own iCloud and included when you transfer to a new iPhone or restore from a backup. Sign in with the same Apple Account and open Clear Days, and they'll be there. If iCloud is off for your account, jot down your start dates first so you can add them again in a few seconds.
Email info@swopes.co and include your iPhone model and iOS version.
SAMHSA's National Helpline is free, confidential, and open 24/7, 365 days a year, in English and Spanish.
